Pulwama Terror Attack: Salman Khan Replaces Pakistani Singer Atif Aslam In Notebook
On February 14, the horrifying terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district shocked our entire nation. More than 40 CRPF personnels were killed. This dastardly act by the terrorists has anguished every Indian. Several Bollywood and TV celebrities have come forward to lend a helping hand. And this morning, we also brought you the news that FWICE (Federation of Western India Cine Employees) and AICWA (All Indian Cine Workers Association) have stepped in to ban Pakistani artistes from working in India. The first one to get the axe is Pakistani singer Atif Aslam, who has been ousted from Salman Khan Films’ upcoming movie Notebook.

Reports state that the re-recording of the Atif Aslam  song will be done in a day or two. Salman is yet to finalise the singer who will  step in, though. The AICWA letter reads as, "We're officially announcing a total ban on Pakistani actors and artists working in film industry. Still, if any organization insist on working with Pakistani artists will be banned by AICWA and strong action will be taken against them."

Speaking of Notebook, it marks the debut of Zaheer Iqbal and Pranutan Bahl (legendary actress Nutan's granddaughter). The movie, helmed by Nitin Kakkar, hits theatres on March 29. Recently, the first poster of the film was unveiled and it grabbed a lot of eyeballs.
