R Madhavan Shares A Post Warning Fans Against People Running COVID-19 Drugs Fraud; Says 'We Have Such Devils Amongst Us Too'
India has been struggling a lot amid a massive second wave of the coronavirus pandemic. Due to the increase in coronavirus cases, many hospitals are even running out of beds, medicines and oxygen cylinders. During these tough times, many are doing their best to help people in need including celebrities. There are people who are actively sharing contact information for those in need, however, some are using this as an advantage to mint profits.

The actor recently took to his Twitter handle and shared the contact information of a fraudulent who is taking money from people for COVID-19 but not delivering it. He shared a post that read, "FRAUD ALERT BEWARE PEOPLE Mr. Ajay Aggarwal is selling Remdesivir for Rs. 3000/vial. He would ask you to IMPS money in advance so that he can deliver you PAN India in 3 hrs and then won't pick up."

He captioned it as, "Also received this.. pls be aware. we have such devils amongst us too." The actor has been using his social media platform to spread awareness about Covid. Apart from him, other celebs who are doing their best in doing so include Sonu Sood, Sushmita Sen, Taapse Pannu, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Katrina Kaif among others.

For the uninitiated, last month, R Madhavan tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Taking to Twitter, R Madhavan wrote, "Farhan HAS to follow Rancho and Virus has always been after us BUT this time he bloody caught up. But All is Well and the Covid will be in the Well soon. Though this is one place we don't want Raju in. Thank you for all the love. I am recuperating well."
