It was recently that Aashiqui actor Rahul Roy suffered a brain stroke. He was in Kargil shooting for a film when his health deteriorated. He was then airlifted to Srinagar, and from there, he was shifted to Mumbai. He got admitted to Nanavati hospital where he was treated for brain stroke. Just yesterday, reports emerged that Rahul Roy has been discharged from the hospital and is back home. However, his brother-in-law Romeer Sen stated that Rahul Roy has been shifted to another hospital and is not home yet.

In an interview with Mumbai Mirror, Romeer Sen revealed that Rahul Roy is not back home and has been shifted to Wockhardt Hospital. He revealed that the actor's physiotherapy and speech therapy sessions are going on and it is a long way to recover. Talking about how the actor suffered a brain stroke in Kargil, Romeer Sen pointed out that it was a case of 'sheer negligence'. Further in the interview, the brother-in-law revealed that Rahul's siblings will soon share the truth with all.

He was quoted saying, "Rahul Roy did not stay back in Kargil after his shoot to enjoy the cold. All this will be cleared by him soon as he is on the road to recovery. All facts and figures will be furnished by his siblings, Priyanka and Rohit, with proof. Right now, we just want him to get well soon." 


The actor had recently shared a picture of himself from the hospital on his social media account. The picture went instantly viral. We wish him a speedy recovery.
