Kareena Kapoor Khan’s uncle, Randhir Kapoor, and late Rishi Kapoor’s brother Rajiv Kapoor passed away on Tuesday. He was 58. Rajiv Kapoor, who was popularly known as Chimpu Kapoor suffered a massive heart attack. According to the reports, he was immediately rushed to the hospital but was declared ‘dead on arrival’ by doctors. In pictures shared on the internet, Kareena was spotted in her building premises. She looked sad when seen with sister Karisma Kapoor and mum Babita. Late Chimpu Kapoor’s brother Randhir Kapoor arrived at the hospital.
In pictures on the internet, the heavily pregnant actress looked sad and worried. She was clicked while walking towards her car. Kareena was also seen engaging in a conversation with someone, in the pictures from the location. After reaching her four-wheeler, Kareena’s mom Babita was spotted. The actor’s sister Karisma Kapoor was also snapped. In a video, Karisma looked busy on the phone. Towards the end of the video, Bebo left with her mum and sister.
While Kareena Kapoor Khan headed to someplace with her mum Babita and sister Karisma, her father Randhir Kapoor was clicked outside the hospital. Kapoor was spotted arriving at the hospital with his help.
Meanwhile, Neetu Kapoor shared a picture of the late actor-filmmaker on her Instagram and informed fans. Speaking with ETimes, Randhir Kapoor confirmed the news about Rajiv Kapoor’s demise. Kapoor mentioned that the doctors tried their best to save him but couldn’t. He revealed that he is at Inlaks hospital. Chimpu Kapoor is survived by his wife Aarti Sabharwal.
