Finally, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s fans were in for a treat on Monday afternoon. The star couple after months of lockdown imposed due to the outbreak of COVID-19 were seen in town after a long time. The duo was clicked at the Mumbai International Airport, making a quick exit. As per paparazzi photographer, the duo has flown back from Bengaluru. Twinning in casuals, Deepika and Ranveer were seen sporting denim and t-shirt, holding hands the two followed the safety norms of covering their mouth with a mask. 

Also in order to practice social distancing the couple was seen minus their personal staff that usually accompanies them or receives them at the airport. Both were seen carrying their luggage, as they headed straight to their car, after exiting the airport. Unlike usual times, when the couple waits and poses for the paps, this time they gave a miss to it. When the lockdown began Deepika had posted several INSTA Stories, and posts giving a glimpse of their quarantine period. 

On the work front, the duo was supposed to be seen on the silver screen with Kabir Khan’s ‘ 83, but due to the pandemic, the film's release has been postponed, with makers waiting for the theatres to reopen.

Also, it is reported of Karan Johar, putting his next multi-starrer Takht on hold and has plans to rope in Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh for his next venture.
