Bollywood’s Powerhouse actor Ranveer Singh recently came under the radar of trolls after he shared the Hindi trailer of Kamal Haasan's upcoming actioner ‘Vikram’. The actor took to his Twitter handle to support the film and wrote, “Cheers to my talented friend Lokesh @Dir_Lokesh and the Legend of Indian Cinema @ikamalhaasan! This trailer is fire.” While he was lauded by all Kamal Haasan's fans, a certain section of people brutally trolled him for promoting the Tamil movie.
Shortly after his post, netizens took to the microblogging site to lash out at the Simmba actor. They pointed out that Ranveer should first promote Bollywood films. In fact, some also called it his smart trick to make friends in the South. One irate Twitter user wrote in the comments section of the post, “Udhar inki lanka bollywood jali padi hai tollywood ko promote karne chale aye.” Another said, “You have time to promote other industry films but u don't have time to promote your industry film #dhaakad.”
While mentioning that Bollywood people are now faking their friendship with South actors, one of the netizens tweeted, “Now suddenly bollywood is founding friends in South. Paisa kamaaana hai patli awaaz ko.” ALSO READ:
