Ranveer Singh makes a hilarious comment on Vijay Devarakonda for attending, Liger’s promotional event in slippers and compares him to John Abraham
Vijay Deverakonda starrer Liger trailer, which was released on Thursday, July 21, 2022, has created a storm on the internet. Clearly, the audience seems impressed by the same and they expressed their love via soical media. Amidst the excitement around the trailer launch, Vijay attended a promotional event in Mumbai in slippers where Ranveer Singh was the guest.
After the trailer launched at a theatre in Hyderabad, the actor flew down to Mumbai for the promotional event. Ranveer Singh was the guest at the event. And you would not believe it, but the Liger’s lead actor, Vijay attended the event in slippers and Ranveer passed a few hilarious remarks about it.
Singh jokingly said, “Bhai ka style dekho, aise lag raha hai, ye mere trailer launch pe aaya hai ya main inke trailer launch pe aaya hu (Look at brother’s style, it seems that he has come for my trailer launch).” He even compared ‘World Famous Lover’ actor to John Abraham as he also once attended an event in slippers.
The female lead Ananya Panday was all dolled up in a black sexy thigh-high slit dress while Vijay sported a casual look with a black t-shirt and beige pants with Hawaii slippers. As you know Ranveer Singh the powerhouse of energy is known for his fashion, adorned with printed black trousers with a plain black t-shirt and completed his look with a silver grey jacket and black boots.
Meanwhile, Vijay at the event talking about north and south actors said, “I'm looking forward to the day when it's no longer called north or south, just Indian cinema, and we are called Indian actors. That's the reality we should look towards.”
Talking about the film, Vijay Devarakonda plays an MMA fighter who has a speech impediment in the Liger. The film also stars Ananya Panday and Ramya Krishnan, who plays the mother of Vijay. This film marks the Bollywood debut of Vijay and a legendary former American boxer Mike Tyson.
