Actress Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty had hard times in 2020 after their names cropped up in investigation during Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. The siblings' name had emerged in the drug angle when the late actor’s case investigation saw a link with the drug nexus. Though the two are out on bail, they will have to appear in front of the Narcotics Control Bureau office on the 1st Monday of each month for the next six months.
Today the duo was clicked by the paps, as they entered and exited the Narcotics Control Bureau office. While Rhea was seen in white printed kurta with yellow floral print over it with white ankle length bottoms, she carried an Ipad in her hand. Her brother Showik was seen in a blue pair of jeans paired with black t-shirt. Both covered their mouth with mask following safety measures during this ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The duo was clicked from a distance and did not wait for the paps; recently they were also seen house hunting in town.
Back then Rhea had requested the paps not to follow them.
Rhea will be seen in Chehre starring Amitabh Bachchan, Emraan Hashmi in key roles. After the makers released the trailer, the movie was scheduled to release on April 9, but due to rise in COVID-19 cases, the makers have postponed the film.
