Rhea Chakraborty lends her support to the National Commission For Women's (NCW) efforts to help pregnant women in need; shares helpline number for expectant mothers
Rhea Chakraborty, who had been almost inactive on social media after Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise, is now using her social media platform to help those in need. From sharing about the list of active COVID vaccination centers, to urging people to go vaccinate, Rhea has joined the fight against the second wave of Coronavirus that has hit India. This time around, Rhea extended her support to the National Commission For Women's (NCW) efforts to help pregnant women in need.
Rhea Chakraborty took to her Instagram stories, and lent her support to NCW’s initiative by sharing their 24X7 WhatsApp helpline number for expectant mothers. Amid the tough times, Rhea Chakraborty shared the helpline number, and wrote, “For all expectant mothers, please reach out... spread the msg.” Many other celebrities such as Kriti Sanon, Kartik Aaryan, Arjun Kapoor also shared the helpline number on their Instagram stories.
Arjun Kapoor wrote, “Any expectant mother from across the country who is facing difficulty in accessing medical aid can write to @NCWIndia at helpatncw@gmail.com or WhatsApp them for assistance. Reach out, NCW is there to help you. #Happytohelp.”

A few days ago, she had written on her Instagram story, “Tough times call for unity, help all those that you can. small help or big help, help is help.
