Rhea Chakraborty has been making headlines ever since Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide last year. The actress was even jailed in Bollywood's drug nexus case. Rhea is out on bail now. However, she has been still creating a buzz in relation to SSR's case. On Friday, Supreme Court dismissed Sushant Singh Rajput's sister Priyanka Singh's petition, which challenged the Bombay High Court's judgement, which refused to dismiss the FIR lodged against her. The complaint was made by Rhea who named SSR's sister for forging a fake medical prescription for her brother.
Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer Satish Maneshinde now shared a statement and reacted to it saying, "We are overwhelmed by the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Justice Prevails in India." He further added, "We bow down to the Judicial System in our Country. Truth Alone Triumphs. Satya Mev Jayate."
Sushant Singh Rajput's sister shared a great bond with him. Talking about Priyanka Singh, a few days ago, SSR's fans had started a Twitter trend #SayNoToBollywood. Priyanka, too, joined the trend and tweeted, "Say no to Bollywood...I want my brother back #sushant."
