Rock On 2 Teaser: Magik Is Back!

After a long wait, the team of Rock On is back with the sequel to their much loved musical. Joining the earlier crew which included Farhan Akhtar, Purab Kohli, Arjun Rampal and Prachi Desai are two new faces, Shraddha Kapoor and Shashank Arora.
The 88-second long teaser looks interesting and showcases intense drama, emotions and a lot of rock music.

The sequel to the musical has been directed by debutant director Shujaat Saudagar. Rock On!! which was released in 2008, was a big hit and marked the acting debut of Farhan. While he won acclaim for his nuanced performance, Arjun bagged the National Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role. Ever since the film became a hit, talks about a sequel were on. However, producer Ritesh Sidhwani had clearly stated that he won’t make a sequel until he finds the “right script to take the story forward.”
Much like its prequel, the music of Rock On 2 has been composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. The film hits theatres on November 11.
