Rohit Shetty Gets Farah Khan On-Board To Direct His Next Action-Comedy
Here's starting the day with good news. Rohit Shetty has signed Farah Khan to direct his next film, which is said to be an action-comedy
Basking in the success of Simmba, Rohit Shetty is all set to
return to silver screen with yet another action-comedy. But that’s not the only
exciting news. Reports are that Rohit has asked buddy Farah Khan to helm the
film. That’s right. It will be Farah on director’s chair for Rohit’s next.
According to a report in Bombay Times, Shetty has roped in choreographer-turned-director Farah Khan to direct an action comedy under his banner. Known for making commercial entertainers like Happy New Year, Om Shanti Om, Main Hoon Na among others, it will surely be exciting to see Farah unite with another pro at masala entertainment.

Confirming the news to BT, Farah said, “Sometimes, the
universe conspires to give you what you didn’t even imagine. Together with
Rohit, who I genuinely love as a brother and whose work ethic I respect and
share, I can only promise a mother of all entertainers! I can’t wait to say
‘Roll, camera...’ for this one.”

While Rohit Shetty added, “It’s a privilege for my banner to
have Farah direct a film for us, as she is talented and hard working. It will
definitely be a wonderful association. I can’t wait to start work with this
powerhouse of talent. I am looking forward to it.”
With two creative minds coming together, we are sure that
their next venture is going to be a larger than life spectacle. The film will
reportedly be presented by Reliance Entertainment and produced by Rohit Shetty
Picturez. Meanwhile, talking about his other projects, Rohit has already
announced Sooryavanshi and Golmaal 5 in Simmba.
