just bought a new apartment with an estimated market price of Rs 25 crores. No,
he is not moving to the new home with wife Kareena Kapoor and baby Taimur.
Instead it is a gift for a very special someone.
Before you
readers make any further assumptions, we can tell you that the lucky lady is
Saif’s mother-in-law, Babita.

Yes, Saif and
Kareena have decided that Babita needs a bigger, plusher home. The yesteryears
actress currently lives in an apartment in Union Park, a few buildings away
from Karan Johar’s home.
And now she is
all set to move into the fully-furnished four bedroom apartment gifted to her
by her daughter and son-in-law.

The new home is
in 17th Road in Khar and
she now lives just a stone’s throw away from Karisma Kapoor who lives on 16th Road.
The property
market has seen some big-ticket buys from Bollywood stars lately. We had
earlier told you that Shahid Kapoor and wife Mira Rajput who currently share a
sea-facing apartment in a plush apartment complex in Juhu, are looking for a
even starrier neighbour and neighbourhood.
The couple have been hunting for a house in
Bandra and their first stop was the apartment complex where Ranbir Kapoor is a
resident.
Ranbir purchased
his apartment in 2016 in what was touted as a big ticket deal. He bought the
sprawling apartment in Pali Hill for a reported Rs 35 crore. The transaction
works out to an eye-popping Rs 1.42 lakh per sq ft.
