Wajid Khan, one of the most popular music composers of the Hindi cinema passed away last year due to a cardiac arrest caused by COVID-19 complications. The news of his demise left many stars heartbroken. He was one-half of the popular music director duo Sajid Wajid. His brother Sajid Khan keeps sharing his late brother's throwback memories. Today, on the occasion of Wajid's death anniversary, Sajid took to Instagram to share a throwback video. The duo can be seen jamming to music in the car.
Sharing the video, Sajid wrote, 'Tum kya gaya tumhare jaatehi jeene ka mazaa bhi chala gaya:: miss u mere bhai wajid (heart emoji) u always.' Emotional fans took to the comments section and remembered him. One fan wrote, 'Ache log hi kyu chodkr jaate hai.' Another fan wrote, 'Missing him.. Love you forever wajid Sir.'
Few days after Wajid Khan passed away, Sajid remembered him in an emotional post. Sharing a video from the hospital which shows the late music composer playing music, he wrote, 'Duniya chhut gayi, sab kuch chhuta, na tune kabhi music chodda, na music tujhe kabhi chodega. My brother is a legend and legends don't die. I will always love you.. Mere khushi mein meri duaaon mein, mere naam mein tu hamesha rahega.'
Sajid-Wajid together delivered many hits. They were known for composing music for Salman Khan's films like Wanted, Dabangg series and Ek Tha Tiger. On the other hand, Sajid worked on Salman Khan's Radhe title track. The song was loved by the masses. Also, the movie received an amazing response from the audience.
