Tiger Shroff is a martial arts enthusiast who grew up watching Chan’s action flicks, plus the film features his ladylove Disha Patani who also performed at the event.

Then there is Salman. The trailer of Kung Fu Yoga released a few days ago and was replete with trademark Indian song and dance sequences. Salman couldn’t ignore the hilarious promo and tweeted, “Thank you @EyeOfJackieChan for giving this film to my Chedi Singh @SonuSood . This is the coolest.”

In response to Salman, Sonu posted a video on twitter, announcing their India promotions too. He wrote, “Bhai, @BeingSalmanKhan I have an unusual power packed surprise for you! See you soon in India #Pandeji Hum aah rahe hai @EyeOfJackieChan”

When Jackie Chan came to know about Salman, he gave a shout-out to the Bollywood star at an event.

Sonu Sood, who plays the antagonist in the film, took to Twitter to post a video where Jackie calls out to Salman. He says, "Namaste Salman. I am going to see you in India."

Now that Salman had met Jackie, the superstar drove off from the venue. He was headed to the wedding of Shekhar Singh, the son of Ashok Singh, Salman's trusted chauffeur of many decades.
