Salman Khan’s Brother-In-Law Aayush Sharma Served A Legal Notice By Delhi Court For His Upcoming Movie Ruslaan- REPORTS
Aayush Sharma and the makers of his upcoming movie Ruslaan have been sent a legal notice by a Delhi Court for allegedly making a copy of a 2009 movie of the same name
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s brother-in-law, Aayush Sharma has been making a name for himself in the industry. Having made his debut with Love Yatri in 2018, the actor is all set to star in the actioner ‘Ruslaan’. However, weeks after the trailer was released by the makers, him, producer K. K. Radhamohan and actor Jagpathi Babu have been served a legal notice by a Delhi court.
While issuing the notice to all the defendants Satyabrata Panda, Additional District Judge, Patiala House Court, has asked them to file for a reply within a week’s time. As reported by India TV, actor Raajveer Sharma and social activist Jagdish Sharma filed an injunction suit against the actors and the makers of the upcoming movie through their lawyer Rudra Vikram Singh. They have asked to stop the release of the film and alleged that Aayush’s movie is a copy of their 2009 movie of the same name, which starred Raajveer in the lead. They have claimed that not only the story of their film, but also the dialogues of the movie were copied by the defendants. The media publication reported that the matter has been listed for a hearing on June 9. Talking about the 2009 flick, it also starred veteran actress Moushumi Chatterjee’s daughter Megha Chatterjee in the lead role.
Directed by Katyayan Shivpuri, the upcoming movie Ruslaan’s trailer was released on April 21. The movie also stars debutant actress Sushrii Mishraa in the lead. The trailer of the movie received rave reviews from the audience as Aayush plays a different character from his last two movies.
