Sanjay Dutt On His Drug Addiction Days: "I Was Dying, Bleeding From Mouth And Nose"- In Video
Sanjay Dutt, Varun Dhawan, Kapil Sharma, Ayushmann Khurrana were at an event recently to promote #DrugFreeIndia. Dutt went candid on stage to talk about his traumatic period when he was hooked on drugs and didn't know much of what was happening around him.

Sanjay was all praise for his Dad (Sunil Dutt) in particular, saying that it was largely due to him that his addiction was identified and consequently subjected to treatment. "I was very tempted in the first year of my 2-year stay in drug rehab in the US, but somehow warded it off. A drug supplier came to meet me as soon as I returned to India, but I had the will power to ensure that I don't become a drug-addict again," he said.


CHECK OUT THE VIDEO ABOVE. Back from jail, it has been hard days for Dutt. The senior actor has failed to make a good comeback until now. While he did return to the movies with Bhoomi, the film sank without a trace. The actor is currently busy shooting for Panipat which also stars Arjun Kapoor. Besides Panipat, Sanjay will be seen playing an antagonist in Shamshera which stars Ranbir Kapoor and Vaani Kapoor.  And then, he has a biggie- has Kalank  (to be directed by Karan Johar) which stars Ranveer Singh, Anil Kapoor and Janhvi Kapoor amongst many others.
