Vicky, who is known to challenge the actor within himself, did a phenomenal job in the movie. Fans are showering praises on the actor. Vicky's rumoured girlfriend, actress Katrina Kaif, who had attended the movie's special screening on Friday, shared her review on Instagram.
Taking to Instagram stories, she wrote, "@shoojitsircar what a vision, such a beautiful film, pure unadulterated storytelling, @vickykaushal is just pure, raw, honest and heartbreaking." Replying to her, Vicky wrote, "Thank You so much Katrina."
Katrina and Vicky are rumoured to be dating for a long time. Though the actors have always remained tight-lipped about the relationship status, they have been spotted together at various events, leaving fans convinced that they are dating. Speaking to SpotboyE.com, Sunny said, "I remember that Vicky had gone to the gym in the morning when the rumours started coming. So, when he returned home, mom and dad funnily asked him, 'Arre yaar, teri engagement ho gayi, mithai to khila de.' And then, Vicky told them, 'Jitni asli engagement hui hai, utni asli mithai bhi kha lo.'"
