Bollywood Badshah, Shah Rukh Khan has a good line-up of films for the upcoming year. And, he has a very busy schedule too. The actor was last seen in the 2018 film Zero co-starring Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif. Last year, Shah Rukh resumed work with the filming of his upcoming flick Pathan. While the actor has a busy schedule, a recent report states that SRK is in talks with filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali for a romantic film titled Izhaar. The film Devdas saw Shah Rukh Khan and filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s last collaboration.
According to a report in Bollywood Hungama, a source revealed that Izhaar was a film that Bhansali wanted to do with Shah Rukh Khan about four years ago. The source in the report mentioned that the plot of the film revolves around an Indian man who cycles all the way to Norway for love. The source said, “Izhaar was a film that Bhansali wanted to do with SRK around four years ago. It's a love story revolving around this couple - an Indian man and a Norwegian girl. It's based on the real life story of the guy who cycled all the way to Norway for love.”
Sharing more details on the film, the source added, “Bhansali wanted to adapt that into a screenplay and has reworked the script again for SRK's persual. Now it needs to be seen if Shah Rukh green lights it this time around."
Meanwhile, SRK will soon be wrapping up the final schedule of Siddharth Anand directed Pathan. The film also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. The actor also has action-packed entertainer south filmmaker Atlee and a social comedy with Rajkumar Hirani. He will also feature in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra and Laal Singh Chaddha in a cameo appearance.
