Every now and then, some social media trend or video goes viral, and we see several celebrities recreate and share their version of it. Recently, the ‘Pawri Ho Rahi Hai’ trend has taken social media by storm, and many on Instagram have been sharing their own versions of the viral video. Shahid Kapoor, Raashi Khanna, Raj and DK, along with the team of their upcoming web series also jumped on the bandwagon and joined in the trend. However, their version has a funny Akshay Kumar twist to it!
Shahid Kapoor is currently shooting for a web series created by Raj & DK in Goa. Looks like the team took a break, and decided to do something fun. They recreated the ‘Pawri ho rahi hai’ video, and added their own twist. The director introduces Shahid by saying, ‘ye mera star hai’, after which the camera zooms in on the team, and he says ‘ye hum hai, aur ye humari pawri ho rahi hai.’ However, the video did not just end there, Shahid Kapoor extended it by singing Akshay Kumar’s song ‘Party all night’, but keeping up with the trend, he is seen saying ‘Pawri’.
Sharing the video on his Instagram account, Shahid Kapoor wrote, “#fakers faking feku .... better words were never said." The video was also shared by Raashi, who wrote, “We are such hard workers..There are none like us! @shahidkapoor @rajanddk #firstscheduleends#goa."
