Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty is a fitness enthusiast. One will always find her maintaining her fit and healthy lifestyle. Shetty is currently gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Hungama 2. The trailer of the film was released recently and Shetty killed it! As Shilpa Shetty promotes living a healthy life, yoga and meditation, she made a post on her Instagram on Monday. In her post, the Main Khiladi Tu Anari actress talks about controlling what happens within, while promoting meditation.
Shilpa Shetty posted the video on July 19, 2021. In the caption, she wrote, “We may not always have the power to change what’s happening around us, but we can definitely control what happens within.” The actress further mentioned that achieving this feat is only possible through Yoga. She added, “That is possible only through Yoga. Give yourself the ability to calm the mind, reduce unwanted thoughts, centre your wandering attention, and improve your focus through Tratak Meditation.” Shilpa then asked fans to head to her Instagram stories and discover the application ‘New You’ by downloading and subscribing to it.
