SHOCKING! FIR Filed Against Shah Rukh Khan’s Wife Gauri Khan In Lucknow By Mumbai Resident Over Property Dispute-Reports
As per the latest reports, FIR has been filed against Gauri Khan in Lucknow over a property purchase!
Legal troubles seem to be mounting for Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan. As per the latest reports, FIR against Gauri has been filed under section 409 (criminal breach of trust) of the Indian Penal Code in Lucknow by a Mumbai resident. The complainant named Jaswant Shah in his complaint alleged that he bought a flat in Lucknow under the influence of Gauri but the company failed to deliver possession of his flat in time.
According to media reports, the company which has SRK’s wife as a brand ambassador, took Rs. 86 lakh from Shah for the flat. But he alleged that he has not received possession of the same yet and thus he has taken a legal route. He lodged the complaint not just against Gauri but also against Tulsiyani Construction and Development Limited CMD Anil Kumar Tulsiyani and its director Mahesh Tulsiyani. The complainant further revealed that the flat is located at Tulsiyani Golf View in Lucknow’s Sushant Golf City area. Gauri and the company are yet to react to the complaint.

She has designed the houses of many Bollywood celebrities, filmmakers, and business tycoons. She has designed the lavish abodes of stars like Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar, Jacqueline Fernandez, and others.
