Shamas Siddiqui made shocking revelations about his brother Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s rocky relationship with late actor Irrfan Khan
Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been making the headlines for quite sometime now, for his messy relationship with estranged wife Aaliya Siddiqui. The case has been taking a new turn everyday. After making shocking allegations against his brother, Shamas Siddiqui has now spoken about the actor’s bad relationship with late actor Irrfan Khan. He recalled the time when the actor’s would often clash on the sets of The Lunchbox (2013).
Recalling the reason behind their feud, Shamas opened up about the rumours that were going around about Nawaz and Irrfan not getting along well. While the late actor never spoke about the alleged fight, Nawas had gone on to dismiss it by stating they share a good bond with each other. Shamas, who was handling his brother’s public relations at the time, recalled that Nawaz and Irrfan’s relationship turned sour when the Gangs Of Wasseypur actor started dating the Angrezi Medium actor’s girlfriend at the time. While Shamas refused to divulge into more details, he revealed that the actors often clashed on the sets of The Lunchbox.
He went on to share that the actor’s would frequently argue on the sets, so much so that producer Anurag Kashyap has to intervene. Talking about the allegations made by Aaliya, she has accused Nawaz and his mother of domestic violence. She went on to state that they have been restricting her provision of food, a bed, and a bathroom. She had also shared a video on her social media handle, where she could be seen sleeping on the living room sofa along with her kids.
For the unversed, Aaliya aka Zainab is Nawazuddin's second wife and the couple got married in 2011 and have two kids together. In 2020, Aaliya filed for divorce from Nawazuddin and accused him of infidelity and domestic violence. However, they had later reconciled.
