Sonakshi Off To London With Kanan Gill
Noor, which has Sonakshi Sinha playing a journalist, is set to be shot in London and the actress is off to the British capital with co-star Kanan Gill
Sonakshi Sinha
and Kanan Gill are set for a trip to London where they will shoot for their
upcoming film Noor over four days.
The film is based
on Pakistani scribe writer Saba Imtiaz's 2014 novel, Karachi You're Killing Me
which traces the journey of a young journalist on the trail of breaking news.
The film however has moved the action from Pakistan to Mumbai.
The actress announced
the project on June 2, her
29th birthday. She was then spotted shooting for the film in Worli.
Kanan, who became
a viral sensation courtesy his Youtube series Pretentious Movie Reviews, in
which he reviewed flops along with fellow comedian Biswa Kalyan Rath, is
making his Bollywood debut with the film.
And now it looks
like the action is set to move to London. Noor will see Sonakshi in another
thriller after Akira and Force 2. This is a marked departure from her previous
films where she played many variations on the character of the damsel in
distress.
