Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor has been away from the limelight for quite some time now. While she made her comeback with the movie Blind, she has been busy enjoying her life as a new mother. She recently made the headlines when actor Rana Daggubati shared an incident he witnessed when he had visited Dulquer Salmaan during the shoot of his Bollywood movie. While he hadn’t named the actress and the movie, the experience he explained was easy for netizens to conclude that he was talking about The Zoya Factor.

For the unversed, Rana made the controversial statement at the pre-release event of Dulquer’s movie King of Kotha pre-release event. He expressed his genuine happiness towards his junior doing an action movie. He went on to say how he was a good guy with a calm personality as he recalled visiting the actor on the sets of his Hindi film. He went on to recall, “I won't mention the movie but I visited the sets. The heroine was on her phone, busy speaking to her husband who is apparently shopping for her in London. After that, she started speaking to me, then went on to forget her lines. I felt angry, but the whole time Dulquar was waiting calmly: took as many shots as was necessary, put up with her pranks. Even when she left with four cars, Dulquar left in a tiny Innova car. I scolded the producers that day and left.”

The 38-year-old had taken to his Twitter handle to issue an apology to Dulquer as well as Sonam and clarified that he wants to put an end to all the “speculation and misunderstanding.”
