Sonu Sood has a heart of gold and he has proved it multiple times. For the past two years, Sonu has been helping people in need. From providing medical help during COVID-19 to helping many stranded migrant workers to reach their homes safely, Sonu has been putting efforts and doing his best to help the needy. Given that he has been working relentlessly to serve society, Sonu was honoured with a UAE golden visa.
The nation's hero received this prestigious honour a few days ago. For the uninitiated, only the leading investors, entrepreneurs and experts in any field can apply for this visa.
Sonu is grateful for it. The actor said in a statement, "I am incredibly honoured and grateful to the Dubai government for the Golden Visa. Dubai has been one of my favourite destinations to visit. It is a dynamic place to thrive. I am thankful to the authorities for the privilege." Sonu also shared the news on Instagram and fans showered love on him. A fan dropped a comment saying, "Wow... that's awesome... heartiest congratulations." Another one commented, "Congratulations... You deserve it."
On the work front, Sonu will be seen in Chandraprakash Dwivedi's Prithviraj which also stars Akshay Kumar, Manushi Chhillar and Sanjay Dutt. Besides that, he is also a part of the upcoming season of the stunt based reality show, Roadies. He replaced Rannvijay Singha in the same. The actor's fans are beyond happy for him.
