India’s first female superstar Sridevi left for her heavenly abode in February 2018. At the age of 54, she breathed her last due to accidental drowning when she was in Dubai attending her nephew, actor Mohit Marwah’s wedding. Her passing has left a void in the hearts of her fans, who still remember and cherish all her movies. On the day of her fifth death anniversary, a video of an old advertisement is going viral on social media. 

Posted by a reddit user on r/BollyBlindsNGossip, the late actress looked mesmerising as she was seen draped in different sarees and looks from the different parts of India. Touted as one of the best from her era, the actress’s innocent beauty took over the screen as she promoted a tea brand. Fans couldn’t stop gushing about her ethereal looks as the heaped praises on her. She was gorgeous!” However, many fans even called the advertisement misleading as they thought it was for a saree and jewellery brand.

For the unversed, the late actress’ producer husband Boney Kapoor, recently announced the launch of Sridevi’s autobiography 'The Life Of A Legend'. As reported earlier the biography is written by researcher, writer, and columnist Dhiraj Kumar and it will depict the life of the legendary actress. The book, which is said to be a 360-degree portrait of Sridevi, will reveal many unknown and surprising aspects of the actress's life. The publishers opined that Sridevi’s biography will make readers rediscover the icon.
