Sridevi’s mortal remains have been brought to Celebration
Sports Club, Lokhandwala. The family has reached and among the first few
celebrities to arrive at the venue were Arbaaz Khan, Farah Khan and Urvashi
Rautela.
Rishi Kapoor and Mohit Marwah reached the venue early in
the morning to overlook preparations.
The prayer meet will go on till 2 pm, post which,
the late actress’ last journey will commence from the Celebration Club to Pawan
Hans, where her funeral will take place.
Salman Khan visited Boney Kapoor-Sridevi’s residence at
Lokhandwala, Andheri West, last night.
Since the last three
days, Bollywood celebrities have been visiting Anil Kapoor’s bungalow in Juhu
to pay their condolences. Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Katrina Kaif, Karisma
Kapoor, Tabu, Rani Mukerji, Javed Akhtar, Shabana Azmi, Karan Johar, Manish
Malhotra, Farhan Akhtar, Janhvi-Khushi’s friends were amongst the first who
went to Anil Kapoor’s house to meet the bereaved family.
Sridevi’s mortal remains
were brought back, last night at 10 pm. Arjun Kapoor had flown out to Dubai, yesterday morning to be by
his father’s side. The case has been closed by the Dubai authorities and the
final medical report states cause of death as ‘accidental drowning’.
