After numerous wedding receptions, Bollywood celebs have now started gearing up for award shows. Last night, Star Screen Awards 2018 took place at Jio Garden BKC. The big nite was a glamourous affair apart from being star-studded. It was attended by who’s who of Bollywood industry. Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Rajkummar Rao, Vicky Kaushal, Ayushmann Khurrana, Nushrat Bharucha, Jacqueline Fernandez, Rekha, Radhika Madan, Shraddha Kapoor, Ankita Lokhande, Mouni Roy among others turned up for the function. Newlyweds Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh arrived hand-in-hand beaming with joy. Soon after the couple entered the award show, they were seen sitting holding each other's arms. And then the moment came which was extremely special for the couple. Ranveer was announced as the Best Actor for Padmaavat. While the actor lifted the trophy and was giving his speech, Deepika Padukone got teary-eyed seeing hubby's success. Actress' picture where she is seen crying has gone viral on social media. Emotional Deepika At Star Screen Awards 2018



While receiving the award, in this acceptance speech, the Bajirao actor said, “Film me mujhe shayad meri rani nahi mili, lekin real life mein mujhe meri Rani mil gayi. Baby I Love you, pichle 6 saalon mein, agar maine kuch bhi achieve, kyunki aapne mujhe grounded rakha, simple rakha. Thank you for everything and I Love You"

The picture of teary-eyed Deepika went viral so much so, that Ranveer took to his social media and shared the same picture of her and wrote, “Proud Wifey.” Watch the video below:
