Sunny Deol and Dimple Kapadia grabbed attention as they attended a party in town, as one of the most popular onscreen couples from the 80s, was under one roof. They attended producer Karim Morani’s birthday bash in town. It was an intimate affair with very few people on the guest list and Sunny and Dimple were a few of them. As per pictures on social media, Sunny was dressed in a black shirt and khaki green pants, Dimple chose an all-white outfit.

Back in the 80s, they were said to be secretly dating. Also in 2017, a video of them sitting at a bus stop in London had gone viral, it had the two holding hands. A dinner party was recently hosted on Karim’s birthday that saw Dimple Kapadia and Sunny Deol attending it. The duo has shared screen space in Gunaah, Narsimha, Aag Ka Gola, Arjun and Manzil Manzil.

The party also had TV actor Arjun Bijlani with his wife and filmmaker Rajkumar Santoshi on the guest list.




In December 2020, Sunny Deol had tested positive for COVID-19. Breaking this news, he had requested people who came in touch with him to undergo medical tests for safety purposes. On the work front, Sunny Deol announced Apne 2 to release in Diwali 2021, sharing the motion poster he wrote, “With the blessings of Babaji and your love, all of us will be seen together, again. Feeling blessed to get a chance to work with my father, brother again this time with my son. #Apne2, in cinemas Diwali 2021.”
