The bond shared between a teacher and student is absolutely special, scared and full of respect. September 5 i.e., today marks Teachers Day, and people across will be seen expressing gratitude and honouring their mentors for everything that they have done in shaping their lives.  Well, Sushant Singh Rajput is no exception as taking to his social media account; the Kai Po Che actor has penned a heartwarming post for Chhichhore director Nitesh Tiwari, whom he refers to as a dear friend, great director, big brother and favourite guru.

The picture shared by Sushant Singh Rajput is from the special screening of Chhichhore that was held recently. In his caption, Sushant expressed his admiration for the filmmaker and wished him a happy Teachers Day by calling him a dear friend, great director, big brother and his favourite guru. Meanwhile, Chhichhore also stars Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Sharma, Prateik Babbar, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Naveen Polishetty and Nalneesh Neel among others. The film is all set to hit the big screens tomorrow, that is September 5, 2019.

In an interview with SpotboyE, producer of the film, Sajid Nadiadwala had opened up on why did he loved the concept of Chhichhore and chose to produce it. “Today's youth has changed and their tastes are different. So, today I took a cue from a lot of youth around me and so much so that I even observed my two sons- Subhan and Sufyan and touched upon what they read, watch, how they think, how they discuss, what is their point of view, their mindset. So, keeping all that into account, Chhichhore was a subject that when I saw my kids, it got further and further fleshed out. When I saw Nitesh Tiwari had come with the script to me before Dangal, and it began to grow upon me as the children grew,” said Sajid.
