As the release date of The Family Man 2 is nearing, Srikant aka Manoj Bajpayee is often seen indulging in various activities in order to promote the web series. For quite some time now, we saw him leaving sassy comments on celebs posts whenever they talk about the series, in true Srikant fashion. Well, now, he was seen hunting for a new job as he was captured giving job interviews to the biggest companies but Tabu was seen gushing over his tough and raw looks. Today, sometime back, Bajpayee shared a funny video where Tabu said that the rugged beard looks good on him.
She cheekily dropped a comment under his post saying, “Yeh lagta hai ki Aapko beard Bahot suit karti hai @bajpayee.manoj” Giving you guys a little context, in the second season, Srikant is seen taking up a new 9-5 job, leaving his work as a senior analyst in the fictional Threat Analysis and Surveillance Cell (TASC) at bay. Now that the man is literally trying to be a ‘family man’, this promotional video shows that he is looking for a new job. Apart from Manoj, Priyamani, Sharad Kelkar, Neeraj Madhav, Sharib Hashmi reprising the roles in the second season, the makers have introduced a new character named Rajalakshmi Chandran which will be essayed by South Superstar Samantha Akkineni.
Despite all the criticism she is getting for portraying a terrorist in the series, some are overly excited to see her digital debut. Talking to SpotboyE earlier, director Raj & DK opened up about Samantha’s role in the web series. The duo bad opened up on how she will be seen in a negative character.
Raj & DK said, “Samantha has a bold role in The Family Man: Season 2. We were not sure about Samantha’s response when we first approached. But she was quite positive which left us surprised. Her character will surprise everyone.
