Vicky Kaushal, director Aditya Dhar and producer Ronnie Screwala are reuniting for the upcoming film The Immortal Ashwatthama. The trio first worked together on the 2019 film Uri: The Surgical Strike. Back in January, Aditya Dhar dropped the poster of the film and called it “a high-concept visual spectacle in the making.” He shared the poster of the film and revealed it will be a superhero movie. Now, as per the latest reports, the shooting of the film The Immortal Ashwatthama will start soon.
According to a report in Pinkvilla.com, Vicky Kaushal will start shooting for the film in August. The report stated that the first schedule of the film will begin in Ukraine. As per the reports, filmmaker Aditya Dhar is in the stage of finalising the other shooting spots. The source close to the development said, “The first schedule of the film will begin in Ukraine, after which it will be shot at other multiple international locations. Aditya is currently in the stage of finalising his other shooting spots.”
As per the report, the source also revealed that Vicky Kaushal, who is to star with Sara Ali Khan in the film, will also start preparations soon. The source in the report informed, “Meanwhile, Vicky has started prepping for the film, and Sara will begin with her preparations in April.” Earlier, the makers of the film had plans to start shooting in June, however, they have now decided on a new date.
Meanwhile, Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan will reportedly be seen performing some hardcore action sequences in the film. The training for the same is expected to go on for three months.
