We stumbled upon a clip from Zee Cine Awards 2002 wherein Shah Rukh Khan was honoured with the Best Actor Award for Devdas. And guess what? Janhvi Kapoor presented him the trophy along with dad Boney Kapoor and Preity Zinta.

Now, Janhvi is all grown up and set to make her Bollywood debut with Dhadak. The makers had dropped the trailer of the film a few days ago and the debutante reminds you of her mother Sridevi almost all along in this prelude. Ishaan Khatter, who plays Janhvi’s love interest, impresses with his intensity.

During the trailer launch, Janhvi was asked how she would like to dedicate her debut film to her late mother, Sridevi. On hearing her mother’s name, Janhvi got emotional and could only speak a line before Karan interrupted and indicated to move on to the next question. An emotional Janhvi had replied, “I definitely miss her today”. Watch the video below:
