Sanjay Dutt’s daughter Trishala Dutt has a huge following on social media. She has over 515k followers on Instagram alone, and she is known to often interact with her fans through fun ‘Ask Me Anything’ sessions on Insta. Trishala is Sanjay Dutt’s daughter from his first marriage with Richa Sharma. Sanjay Dutt and Richa Sharma had tied the knot in 1987. Richa passed away in 1996 after being diagnosed with brain tumour.
Now, Trishala Dutt has posted an unseen picture of her parents, and it will surely leave you nostalgic. During her ‘Ask Me Anything’ session, Trishala was asked by a fan to post an unseen picture of both her parents which she hasn’t posted before. Trishala then shared an adorable throwback picture of a young Sanjay Dutt posing with his arm around Richa Sharma’s shoulder. Trishala Dutt was eight years old when her mother passed away and she was raised in the United States by her maternal grandparents.
Trishala is a psychotherapist in New York, and she also often answers her fans’ doubts and queries regarding mental health. She was recently asked by a fan if she also undergoes therapy herself since she listens to so many traumatic stories in her profession.

Trishala replied that yes, occasionally therapists also undergo problems that they would like to work through. “Simply put, we can't confide in spouses or friends the way people in many other jobs can, so the heaviness of the day may linger even after our session is over,” she wrote.
