Vinod Khanna Rushed To The Hospital After Sudden Illness, Son Rahul Khanna Says He Is Recovering Well
Veteran superstar Vinod Khanna has been hospitalised and son Rahul Khanna says that the health scare was caused by “severe dehydration”
Vinod Khanna has been admitted to HN Reliance Foundation and Research
Centre in Girgaon, Mumbai. The actor was rushed to the hospital on Friday night but his family
managed to keep the news under wraps.
It was just a few hours ago that the news of Vinod Khanna’s illness first
broke and now son Rahul Khanna has given an update about his father’s health.

“Dad was hospitalised on Friday for severe dehydration. The situation was quickly brought under control, he’s doing much better and the doctors are looking to discharge him soon,” Rahul told a news agency.
“Our family is most grateful for the extraordinary care he’s been receiving at the hospital and we are touched by all the good wishes pouring in,” he added.
Vinod Khanna was last seen in Rohit Shetty's Dilwale alongside Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Varun Sharma, Boman Irani, Johnny Lever, Sanjay Mishra, Mukesh Tiwari, Pankaj Tripathi and Kabir Bedi.

He will next be seen in Ek Thi Rani Aisi Bhi, in which he is portraying the role of the king of Gwalior, opposite Hema Malini who is playing the role of the queen of Gwalior.
Khanna was missing from the trailer launch event on April 2. No explanation was provided for his absence then but we now know that it was ill health that kept him away.
