WHAT! Animal Actor Manjot Singh Saves A Girl From Suicide In THIS Viral Video - WATCH
Animal actor Manjot Singh rescuing a girl from a suicide attempt in this throwback video from 2019 is gaining viral attention. Manjot gained prominence by portraying one of Ranbir Kapoor’s cousins in a film. However, prior to stepping into the entertainment industry, Manjot was immersed in his academic pursuits as a fourth-year BTech student at Sharda University in Greater Noida. It was during this phase that he exhibited heroism by saving the life of an 18-year-old girl. The young woman, under care at Sharda Hospital, had perched herself on the edge of a second-floor terrace, seemingly intent on leaping after an argument with her mother. Manjot swiftly intervened, reaching the scene and seizing her arm just in time. With the aid of two others who arrived to assist, they managed to hoist the girl to safety, averting the potential tragedy. Take a look at the video below. Hailing from Jammu, Manjot shared with Hindustan Times that the distressed girl had threatened to leap if anyone approached her. Despite attempts to counsel and persuade her to step back, she remained impervious. "I initiated a conversation, asking if she faced any trouble or if there was a disagreement," mentioned Manjot. "She mentioned a disagreement with her mother. I cautiously moved closer to her. However, as soon as I approached, she jumped," he added.




After his courageous deed, Manjot received recognition and was honoured by the Sikh Community in Delhi. Manjit Singh GK, the former president of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC), pledged to cover all expenses for Manjot's preparation for the civil service exams as a token of appreciation.
