Starring Samridhii Shukla, Shehzada Dhami, Pratiksha Homnukhe, Shivam Khajuria and others, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been running successfully for almost 15 years now. The Rajan Shahi production is not only one of the most-watched shows in India, but it also often tops the weekly BARC ratings. In the last few episodes of the show, it was seen that after finding out about Armaan and Ruhi’s unrequited love story, Rohit runs away from the house due to guilt. Abhira calls him back home, however, he gets into an accident and goes missing. 

Today’s episode starts with Abhira seeing everyone crying. As Manish brings Armaan towards everyone, an emotional Sanjay says that they should prepare for Rohit’s funeral. Dadi raises her voice and tells them to stop thinking like that because her heart knows that Rohit is alive. Surekha shares how even though Dadi is not ready to accept the truth, they need to think about Ruhi. Since Rohit has passed away, Ruhi will be alone, the thing that happened with Aarohi has repeated with Ruhi. Armaan and Ruhi come face to face when they are crying and Abihira comes there to take care of them. During the night when they are sleeping Armaan dreams of a drawing Rohit, who calls out to him. Armaan starts having a panic attack as he can’t save his brother, he starts shaking in his sleep. Abhira gets worried and starts to wake him up. As Armaan refuses to wake up, Abhira says that it is sleep paralysis. She finally wakes him up. Abhira consoles him and makes him drink water as he comes out of his bad dream. Armaan goes out of the room saying that he needs to prepare for Rohit’s case. Abhira tries to convince him to grieve Rohit’s loss and that he needs to cry for his sake and his family’s. She makes him sleep and plays music so that he can cry out his pain. Armaan cries for his missing brother while holding Abhira’s hand. In the morning at the Goenka house, Suwarna sees Manish cooking and starts getting worried. She tells him that he is worried about Ruhi and he breaks down crying thinking about his kids. Naira, Kartik, Sirat, Abhinav, and Ruhi loosing her parents as well as Abhimanyu and even Akshara leaving the house. Suwarna consoles him. At the Poddar house rest of the family gets worried while seeing Vidya cooking food for Rohit. After much persuasion, Kajal and Manisha take her away. Sanjay gives Rohit’s pending case to Armaan after consulting Dadi.

In the upcoming episode, Dadi informs everyone that she ahs kept a pooja for Rohit’s return which will be done by Armaan and Abhira. As they go to the temple, the ladies there taunt Ruhi. Armaan stands up for her and tells them to stop gossiping as Rohit is alive.
