What Made Ranbir Kapoor Write A Letter To Gauri Khan?
Gauri Khan was in for a surprise when she read a heartfelt letter penned by Ranbir Kapoor. The former took to social media to share it with well-wishers
Ranbir Kapoor is all praise for Gauri Khan after she did the interiors of his new Pali Hill house. The actor even penned a ‘Thank You’ note for her which the latter posted on her Instagram handle.
Ranbir wrote, “It has been a very inspiring and enjoyable experience collaborating with Gauri. I didn’t know what to expect in putting my first home together, but working with Gauri was amazing because in an instance everything was so personal and to my taste.”
You may recall that papa Rishi Kapoor took to Twitter last year to thank Gauri for designing Ranbir’s home. “Vastu Wonderful! Gauri Khan! You have made a home out of Ranbir’s house. Beautifully done! Both Neetu and me are overwhelmed. Thank you!” Rishi tweeted.
Last month, Shah Rukh Khan’s better half created her account on Twitter under the name, Gauri Khan Designs, and uses the platform to promote her business venture. Gauri had tweeted: "#GauriKhanDesigns opening soon with the worlds most glorious furniture brands. Watch this space for more." SRK re-tweeted this one and captioned it as 'Beginnings'
Gauri Khan is one of the most in-demand interior designers with a celebrity following of her own.
One of her first clients was Karan Johar. Gauri designed Karan’s sea-facing apartment in Bandra 2014 and the filmmaker was left amazed. So much so, that he hasn’t meddled with the interiors since then.
We had told you that 3 years later, Gauri is sprucing up Karan’s bedroom.
We also hear that it was Karan who recommended Gauri to Ranbir Kapoor when he was looking to decorate his new bachelor pad. In fact, such was the impact of her designs that Ranbir went ahead and suggested that his parents – Rishi and Neetu – too get her on-board and rope in Gauri to design their new tower in Pali Hill which will come up at the Krishna Raj plot.
