When Anil Kapoor Met The Real Apjit Bindra Ahead Of Abhinav Bindra's Biopic Shoot!
Superstar Anil Kapoor will soon share screen space with his son, Harshvardhan Kapoor for the first time ever, for the biopic on Olympic Gold winner Abhinav Bindra. Set to hit the screens next year, the father-son duo has started prep for the film, including interactions with the Bindra family to better understand their story.

It was only recently that Anil Kapoor who essays the role of Apjit Bindra, Abhinav's father in the film, met the gentleman and his wife in Chandigarh. They spoke at length, discussing the film and other aspects that could be incorporated into the biopic since they want it to be as real and authentic as possible. The actor shared pictures on Twitter with the family of Abhinav Bindra in turn also dissing rumours of the film being shelved. The actor’s tweet read, “Great stories take time to be told! The world will see the inspirational life story of @Abhinav_Bindra on the big screen soon! So incredibly excited for this! @apjitbindra @HarshKapoor_ .”

A source reveals, " Anil Kapoor and Harshvardhan have grown close to the Bindra’s through the course of the making the biopic.”

Apart from the Abhinav Bindra biopic, the actor will be seen in Pagalpanti, an upcoming romantic comedy directed by Anees Bazmee which is set to release on November 8th, 2019. Whereas, the actor will also be seen in Malang a romantic thriller directed by Mohit Suri and will also star in Karan Johar’s directorial comeback Takht which is a historical drama film.
