Angelina Jolie Opens Up On Her Separation With Husband Brad Pitt, Says Past Few Years Were Pretty HARD And Family Is In Healing Phase Now
Angelina Jolie speaks about separation with husband Brad Pitt and how it resulted in past few years of her life being pretty hard
Star couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie separation has been in news for the past 5 years. The ex-couple is still fighting it out over their kids’ custody; the actress recently opened up about her family’s current state, she shared of her family being in the healing phase. As per reports in British Vogue, she also shared past few years being hard, fortunately now the actress feels things settling down slowly and steadily, she also called this phase as blood returning to her body.
When asked by Edward Enninful, if the Maleficent actress was in a happy stage, the actress replied, “I don’t know. The past few years have been pretty hard. I’ve been focusing on healing our family. It’s slowly coming back, like the ice melting and the blood returning to my body.”She also confessed that she is lacking behind when it comes to being a mother who is always there for her kids, she said that she is "lacking" in all the skills required to be a "traditional stay-at-home mom" but her kids being quite resilient about it.
She also credited her kids helping her out in this phase, but she still not being good at it. The ex-couple shares Maddox, 19, Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 14 and twins Vivienne and Knox Léon, 12.
Regarding moving into her new house, which was earlier owned by late Cecil B DeMille, she shared of feeling the pressure. Further shared this current house is pretty close to her ex-husband Brad’s residence, thus helping the kids to be close to their father as well.
