Arnold Alois Schwarzenegger is known for his acting skills and professional bodybuilding and weight lifting. The actor turned inspiration to many young boys worldwide with his fitness after winning the Mr Universe and Mr Olympia title since he was a young 20-year-old. As the actor is well-known for his 1984 film The Terminator, since then he has acted in his many other Terminator installments. While the actor marks his comeback to the Terminator franchise, with film Terminator: Dark Fate, Schwarzenegger shares his fitness routine and how he geared up for the film at 72.
The 72-year-old is returning to the Terminator franchise with Terminator: Dark Fate co-starring alongside Linda Hamilton. As the film consists of many action-packed scenes, Arnold shares his filming experience and how he maintains his fit lifestyle. While Arnold is expected to act like the unkillable, metal cyborg, and unrelenting person, the actor recently revealed to Metro.co.uk in an interview about how he manages his daily fitness routine and keeps up to it. The actor shared that he trains every day and also rides bikes and skies daily. Arnold revealed that he still does a lot of sports and so for him, shooting for Dark Fate is a little bit more normal. Like literally! The actor left everyone in shock when he said this, he added that he’ll come in and do his action movies and shared that he is ready and in shape. As the 72-year-old is fit as a teenager, he is surely bubbling with energy which is rather commendable. Arnold still does weight, goes skiing and regularly and cycles on a daily basis. As the former bodybuilding champion talks like as if age is just a number, he added that when someone comes in who has never done it for a long time, Like his co-star Linda, it is more unusual. The former Mr. Universe went on to mention how he always loves it. Sharing his experience about the movie, Schwarzenegger mentioned how his director in Dar Fate was very demanding and that he demanded a lot of action in the film. He went on to add how they worked for hours and hours due to work and also got sore from his reps.
Speaking of his co-star Linda Hamilton, Arnold shared how he was very happy shooting together and had a great time shooting. Meanwhile, Linda Hamilton who plays Sarah Connor in the film shared how she underwent a hardcore training regime and mastered her skills for a year to get up to a required speed for the sequel of Terminator.
While the film Terminator: Dark Fate is set to release on November 1, 2019. Directed by Tim Miller, the recently released trailer of the film looks promising with the high-octane action featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton at their best. The film also stars Mackenzie Davis, Natalia Reyes, Gabriel Luna, Deigo Boneta, and Edward Furlong.
