Dick Clark Productions, the guys behind the Billboard Music Awards ’16 confirmed Kesha’s performance to Spotboye.com. They said:

"We are pleased that Kesha and Kemosabe Records have reached an agreement and very much look forward to having Kesha perform on the Billboard Music Awards this Sundaynight on ABC."

The official Billboard Instagram account too announced that Kesha now has permission to perform at the BBMA ’16.

Earlier, Dr. Luke, her music producer, had taken back his permission for her to perform at the same event.

This was because rumours persisted she’d speak about her alleged sexual assault charges against him.

The word out there is that Kesha has promised not to say anything about the  allegations.
