The Daily Beast first reported about the documents earlier this weekend and said that the information shed new light on the apparent strategies of both the Depp and Heard legal teams. Team Heard argued that the digital pictorial and audio evidence submitted by Johnny Depp seemed modified. The metadata of the same indicated discrepancy in dates, which is quite crucial in the case. It seems the recordings produced were altered, and this tampered version was allegedly presented as evidence. This is highly concerning given the final outcome of the trial.
The Aquaman actress’ legal team also contended that the photos produced by Depp showing injuries did not happen during their two-year relationship. It seems the dates did not match, and it kind of looked like fabricated evidence.
As reported by Marc, Heard’s legal team contended that the dates do not match the places. Now, a recent report also suggests that Amber Heard’s legal team has also hired Julian Ackert, a forensic expert in the field of digital evidence.

The reports also say that the Court granted Depp the opportunity to not present any evidence relating to Marilyn Manson.
