Kesha drops California sexual harassment lawsuit against Dr. Luke

Singer Kesha has dropped the long-winding sexual harassment lawsuit she’d filed against her producer Dr. Luke, filed in California. This brings to an end the 2-year old battle that Kesha was fighting.
But she’s not calling it quits, yet. She has the sexual harassment lawsuit that she filed against Dr. Luke in New York to fight for.
Kesha has been fighting a losing battle against Dr. Luke. Her previous lawsuit that was filed in LA was also unsuccessful. In April, the NY lawsuit was shot down after the judge sided against Kesha. Kesha will now pursue the NY case and appeal.
SpotboyE.com had told you earlier how the lawsuit could have stopped Kesha from performing at the Billboard Music Awards ‘16 but that controversy was averted. (Confirmed! Kesha will perform at Billboard Music Awards '16, May 20).
