Kim Kardashian On The Reason Behind Her Divorce With Kanye West: 'No I Don’t Want A Husband That Lives In A Completely Different State'
While Kim might have had an emotional breakdown last week on KUWTK, the beauty Moghul recently went on to reveal the real reason why she and Kanye West are getting a divorce.
While Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's marriage going kaput is old news, neither has spoken openly about what exactly went wrong. The couple were married for 7 years and just a few months back announced that they were going their separate ways. Last week's Keeping Up With The Kardashian's showcased Kim's emotional breakdown where she went on to cry out loud “I feel like a f**king failure, that it’s like, a third f–king marriage,” “Yeah I feel like a f**king loser. But I can’t even think about that like, I want to be happy.” Now the entire Kardashian-Jenner family went on to grace the Andy Cohen's show on E! as their reality show aired its finale episode
Kim revealed, “I just feel like I’ve worked so hard in life to achieve everything that I’ve wanted to, and I’ve lived up to my expectations and achieved 10 times more than I even thought was humanly possible, but I don’t have a life to share that with,” she told her mother, 65. “Like, I do, obviously my kids and everything, but am I just going to sit here and think, ‘OK, my kids fulfil me and I’m good?'”
She went on to talk about the long-distance marriage she shared with West and how it took a toll on their relationship. She said while Kanye travelled “from state to state” for his concerts she never thought she was “lonely,” This feeling changed post her 40th birthday in October 2020. “After turning 40 this year, I realized like, ‘No I don’t want a husband that lives in a completely different state,'” she added. “To me, I thought, ‘Oh, my God, that’s when we’re getting along the best,’ but then that is sad to me and that’s not what I want. I want someone that we have the same shows in common. I want someone who wants to work out with me.”
The eldest of the Kardashian sisters said at one point she envied her sister Khloe and her relationship with Tristan. “Like, every single day Khloé and Tristan and I would work out at 6 a.m., the three of us, and I was third-wheeling it for a good eight months in quarantine and I was so envious of that,” Kim continued. “I was like, ‘Wow, it’s, like, the little things I don’t have.’ I have all the big things. I have the extravagant everything you can possibly imagine and no one will ever do it like that, I know that and I’m grateful for those experiences, but I think I’m ready for the smaller experiences that I think will mean a lot.”
