The second season of web series Metro Park is all set to premiere on the OTT platform Eros Now from January 29, 2021. And while we are just 24 hours away from it, our host Manish Batavia in conversation with lead pair Purbi Joshi and Ranvir Shorey got them to spill the unknown deets. Manish called Ranvir an energizer bunny and asked his co-star Purbi if he is still full of energy like he was years ago, and Purbi's answer just made the actor more relatable.
Purbi shares that when Shorey comes on the sets the first couple of minutes he is only seen discussing mundane things and especially those things that did not fall in place. She says, "Ranvir has a whole list, pehle paanch-dus minute he talks about the things those are bad, things that didn’t go fine, you know morning this happened and that happened. It’s all very mundane, basic stuff.” Continuing further she mentions once he is done with it, he just takes over the sets with full energy.
Giving her take on the actor being called the energizer bunny, she disagrees with the host and says, “I am the energizer one, he is not the energizer, energy mera jyada hai”
Responding to it Ranvir said, "Purbi is the regulator, she regulates my energy on the sets. When my energy gets too high I get a scolding. Keep limit, keep quiet." Purbi laughs and says, “True”
While Ranvir will be seen playing a Gujarati settled abroad with his family, directed by Abi Varghese and Ajayan Venugopalan, it also stars Pitobash, Omi Vaidya, Vega Tamotia. The series sees Milind Soman and Gopal Dutt in special appearances. ALSO READ: Metro Park - Quarantine Edition: Ranvir Shorey And Omi Vaidya's Show Receives A Thumbs Up
