After garnering praises for The Family Man 2, Manoj Bajpayee is all geared up for the release of his first anthology titled Ray which will soon release on Netflix.

Last week Netflix dropped the trailer of their upcoming anthology series, Ray, based on the writing of acclaimed filmmaker-author Satyajit Ray. Starring an ensemble cast that includes Manoj Bajpayee, Gajraj Rao, Kay Kay Menon, Ali Fazal, and Harshvarrdhan Kapoor, the series is due for release on June 25.

During the interaction actor Manoj Bajpayee opens up about his first anthology, he said, "It’s a one-hour story and is an adaptation which is directed by Abhishek Chaubey, featuring me and Gajraj Rao in the series. It was one of the most learning experiences working on that story. Not only because it was written by Mr. Ray,  but also in the manner that Abhishek and his writer have given an interpretation to it. And the wall that he has created and put these two characters into it, it was an amazing, amazing experience of living that world and creating that character." The 52-year-old actor is humbled by all the love and support he is getting from his audiences and urges fans to keep supporting his work, he says," I’m quite excited, I am very very proud of Ray and would love for the audience to watch and keep supporting my work. Ray will be Netflix's fifth anthology series; previously, it has released anthologies such as Lust Stories, Ghost Stories, Pitta Kathalu, and most recently Ajeeb Daastaans.
