Bollywood actors and celebrities are very keen on their fitness and lifestyle. Amidst the busy work schedules, they make sure they work out and stay healthy. Amongst a few celebrities is actress Katrina Kaif. She is a fitness enthusiast and hits the gym regularly. Katrina constantly shares motivating videos on her Instagram as she performs some rigorous workout with her fitness partner Yasmin Karachiwala. As almost everyone is dying to know the secret routine that Katrina Kaif follows, her workout buddy made a post on Instagram and shared a video, with details.
Yasmin Karachiwala shared the video and mentioned a workout list in the caption. The video features Yasmin and Katrina performing the exercises they perform regularly. In the video, the actress performs the correct technique one must follow to get proper results and not get yourself hurt. Yasmin shared the video, and wrote, “Hey Everyone! Have you tried this workout of @katrinakaif.” She then mentioned that the first exercise to perform is one “Squat & Side Leg Lifts - 3 sets x 20 reps each.” Next, one must do 3 sets and 15 reps of two Push-ups. While doing this, Yasmin shared a note and mentioned that one can substitute with wall pushup, incline push-up or knee push-up. The next exercise is 3 sets and 15 reps each of three Reverse Lunge with a kick and the similar sets and reps of 4 Planks to ‘T’. The last on Katrina’s list of exercises is 5 Sit-Ups of 3 sets and 20 reps.
