Aai Kuthe Kaay Karte, Spoiler Alert, October 19th, 2021: Arundhati Is Worried About The House As Appa Will Be Devastated If The House Gets Sold: Appa won’t be able to handle the shock if this house gets sold to someone else while he’s alive.

Gathering everyone in the living room, Sanjana reveals that Arundahti has mortgaged the house for money. As he starts questioning Arundhati, Anirudha gets revealed that she has done this for Avinash, as he needed the money. Avinash then tells his problem to Aniruddha, but he also says that he didn’t ask for money from Arundhati. Further, while Sanjana keeps accusing Arundhati, Aniruddha asks her why did she take such an irrational decision without even consulting him. As the topic goes on Appa also reveals that he knew about this all along. Then Aniruddha and Sanjana ask him, what if Aniruddha was the one who had done something like this.
Further, Aniruddha takes it upon himself to solve the problem, blaming Arundhati for creating it in the first place, as Avinash hasn’t been able to sell his house. Sanjana also keeps lashing out at Arundhati, but Appa steps in stopping both Sanjana and Aniruddha. Aniruddha then asks Appa to do whatever he wants, as he didn't consult him in such an important decision.
Further, in tomorrow’s episode, after the chaos caused by the mortgage, Arundhati did for Avinash, everyone starts thinking about solving the problem. On the next day, Vishakha and Kedar visit Aai-Appa, and Aai tells them everything that happened. Further, Aai says that Appa will get bedridden if someone else’s nameplate gets hanged over this house.
She also says that if it comes to it, Appa will be able to handle the shock of losing Aai herself, but he won’t be able to handle the shock of losing the house. Hearing that Vishakha asks Aai not to say something like that and Arundhati feels guilty, as she hears everything. Now, will Avinash be able to sell his house in time? Or will Arundhati have to find some other way to return the money?
